One Trustpilot reviewer who switched to GlowHost specifically to run Invoice Ninja and osTicket described how the team created admin logins themselves to diagnose problems directly — something their previous host never offered. There is an additional limitation that many users overlook: if your Unlimited account exceeds 10 GB of disk usage or 50,000 inodes, it is automatically removed from the backup schedule — with no warning. Domain registration fees ($15.95 for a domain that was included "free" with the plan) are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. SSL certificates, software licenses, and any add-on services are also excluded. Additionally, a 5% merchant processing fee is subtracted from all eligible refunds.
