Automatic plan upgrades: Section 3(b1) of Eleven2's terms states that if you exceed the limits of your current plan, Eleven2 may upgrade your account to the next tier and bill you for the difference — without asking for your consent first. This means your monthly cost can increase without any warning on your end.

Mid-contract price increases: Section 3(b) allows Eleven2 to raise prices — even within an active contract — if there is a "material change" at any local government, municipality, utility provider, bandwidth provider, or control panel operator. Unlike contracts that lock in your price unconditionally, this clause opens the door to price increases driven by third-party changes that are entirely outside your control. The control panel operator trigger is especially relevant: when cPanel significantly raised its licensing fees in 2019, hosting companies that included similar clauses passed those costs directly to customers.
